How hiring works
- 01Apply. Role form or general application. One thing you shipped that you are proud of, and what you would do differently.
- 02Screen. A short call with Rabia or the hiring lead. No unpaid trials, no agency theatre.
- 03Working session. A scoped exercise or portfolio deep-dive with the people you would work with.
- 04Offer. Written offer with role, office, and who you report to. Start date agreed together.
How the work is staffed
A named lead, two to four specialists, a QA engineer from sprint one, Mubeen on escalation. Team members are introduced by name before kick-off and do not change without telling you.
