Build 01
Mobile apps built by senior engineers, shipped to both stores.
Algoace builds production-grade iOS and Android apps in React Native and Flutter, with secure backends, AI-powered features and full App Store and Play Store deployment. It is for founders shipping a v1 product and for teams replatforming a legacy app. The engineer on your scoping call is the engineer on your build.

“The most expensive mistake I see is a v1 that was built to demo, not to run. It looks fine in the pitch and falls over at 5,000 users. We build the boring parts first: auth, data model, offline behaviour, crash reporting, store compliance. It is slower in week two and much faster in month six.”
Three problems we usually find
The app was built by whoever was cheapest, and now nobody can extend it.
No tests, no documentation, three copies of the same API call. We assess it in a week and tell you whether to rescue or rebuild, with the numbers.
The stack was chosen by the last agency's comfort, not the product's needs.
A subscription app with heavy animation is a different decision from a marketplace with offline sync. We choose the stack against the product, and we show the reasoning.
Store rejection three days before launch.
Privacy manifests, sign-in requirements, subscription disclosures. We run a store compliance checklist from sprint one so the launch date is the launch date.

React Native or Flutter for your app
| Criterion | React Native | Flutter |
|---|---|---|
| Team reuse with a web product | Strong: shared TypeScript, shared logic with a Next.js web app | Weak: Dart is a separate skill set |
| Custom animation and pixel control | Good with Reanimated; some native work for heavy cases | Excellent: Flutter owns the pixels |
| Native module ecosystem | Largest, most third-party SDKs land here first | Good, occasionally waits for a package |
| Long-term maintenance of a subscription app | Proven at scale (Clear Mind, five years, 100k+ MAU) | Proven; fewer senior Flutter engineers in most markets |
| Time to first store build | Fast | Fast |
Our default: React Native when there is or will be a web product, Flutter when the app is animation-heavy and mobile-only. The case against our default: if your existing team is all Dart, React Native's ecosystem advantage does not outweigh a retraining cost.

Who this is for, and who it is not for
Who this is for
- Founders raising or raised who need a v1 in both stores.
- Teams whose v1 is live and needs a senior team to take it forward.
- Companies replatforming a native or legacy app.
Who this is not for
- Projects that need a native-only app for one platform with hardware-level work (we will say so and refer you).
- Budgets that do not allow senior people on the work.
- Timelines that require skipping QA.
How pricing works
Fixed scope, fixed price, senior people. No hourly rates. The written scope after the call is the quote. See how we work.
Questions founders ask us
How long does a v1 mobile app take?
Most v1 builds run 8 to 16 weeks from kick-off to store submission, depending on integrations and whether designs exist. You get the week-by-week plan in writing before you commit.
React Native or Flutter?
React Native when you have or will have a web product and want shared code; Flutter when the app is animation-heavy and mobile-only. We put the reasoning in the scope document.
Who owns the code?
You do, completely. Repositories are created in your organisation from day one. Your product is yours, completely.
Will juniors work on my app?
Not on their own. Everyone delivering is lead, mid-senior or senior. Juniors are paired and supervised. You are never handed to a junior or a subcontractor.
Can you take over an app another team built?
Yes. We start with a one-week assessment that tells you whether to rescue or rebuild, with costs for both.
Do you handle App Store and Play Store submission?
Yes, including privacy manifests, screenshots, review responses and the first 30 days of fixes.
Can you also run our user acquisition after launch?
Yes. App growth marketing on Meta, Google App campaigns and Apple Search Ads is a separate service line run by the same studio, which is why we wire attribution in during the build.
What time zones do you work in?
Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM GST, which overlaps European mornings and afternoons and US East Coast mornings. Weekly demos are scheduled in your time zone.
Send a brief
Same three questions as the call, then your details. You will hear from a senior person, not a bot, within one hour during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM GST) and within twelve hours outside them.
Ready when the work has to be right the first time.
A 30-minute scoping call with a senior engineer, designer or growth lead. You will leave with a written view of scope, risks and a realistic timeline, whether or not you hire us.
